Hi! I am Ewelina, originally from Poland now living in the beautiful State of Florida.
I came alone to the US in January 2005 as an AuPair. I met my ex-husband in May of that year and decided to stay. Living in a new country made me realize how hard it is to fit in. Not speaking the language well or understanding the culture was overwhelming. I felt lost and unsure of where I belong. I didn't like the person I was becoming. I felt anxious, confused, and insecure. This led me to a 3 year long identity crisis and intense self-discovery process that followed.
Today, almost 19 years later, I understand how these emotions come about and this is why I am able to help other immigrant women shift their inner state.
